Last month Screwfix LIVE welcomed over 30,000 visitors to Farnborough’s Exhibition and Conference Centre for a record-breaking weekend.
Firmly established as a must-attend event for trade professionals and serious DIYers, Screwfix LIVE 2025 delivered its biggest showcase in 12 years - breaking the venues’ indoor attendance record, outside of Farnborough International Airshow.
The event kicked off with Screwfix’s early access event – a first for Screwfix Live - giving attendees a sneak peek at what was to come. Across the following three action-packed days, customers explored products from more than 200 leading brands, shopped exclusive show-only deals and experienced hands-on demonstrations of the latest tools and innovations. The show also welcomed guest appearances from ex-professional footballer and TV presenter, Dion Dublin, Broadcaster and Documentary Maker, Ross Kemp, and five-time Paralympic swimming gold medallist and TV personality, Ellie Simmonds.
Screwfix LIVE also hosted the final of Screwfix Top Tradesperson 2025. Martin Daly, a builder from Motherwell, was crowned after impressing a panel of industry experts with his inspiring career journey and dedication to promoting trade careers to the next generation. Martin walked away with the title and a prize bundle of tools, tech and training worth £20,000, which he plans to invest in his apprentices and business.
Matt Compton, Commercial Director at Screwfix said: “Screwfix LIVE 2025 has truly raised the bar. Welcoming over 30,000 visitors and setting a new attendance record is a phenomenal achievement and a clear sign of how much this event means to our customers. This year’s show had energy, excitement and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. We’re already looking forward to next year’s show and how we can build on this year’s success.”
