Easy access to get set for your event
Our site offers drive-in access to both exhibition halls for easy unloading, deliveries or display of vehicles during events, and free onsite parking for up to 3,500 vehicles on a secure site.
If you're arriving at the venue to make a delivery or as an exhibitor to unload or load your vehicle for your event, please check with your event organiser which gate will be accessible and specifically type in Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre and add the relevant gate letter if using a SatNav.
When you see 'Exhibition Centre' brown signs or AA yellow event signage, please ignore SatNavs and refer to the relevant gate or entrance. Please do not just follow your SatNav all the way as it will likely take you to the wrong gate you require and delay your arrival.
Once at the correct gate as directed by your event organiser, please follow the onsite signage and/or traffic marshals if applicable to your designated loading area. Once unloaded you will be directed to your dedicated exhibitor parking area if applicable. There is a 10mph site speed limit.
Hall 1: Roller Shutter Doors

Hall 1: Goods lift to first floor

Hall 5: Roller Shutter Doors
- West RS - 4.25m high x 4.45m wide
- East RS - 4.25m high x 4.45m wide
The use of roller shutters and goods lift is subject to your specific event and can be discussed with the event organiser or venue event manager.
