How do I get to Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre?
Your Organiser will be able to provide you with specific instructions for travelling to the venue as these may vary depending on the entry gate being used. Please note that there is no access for visitors/contractors via Gate D. You can find information on travel routes in our Getting Here section.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking on site at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Is there a speed limit on site?
Yes, there is a 10mph speed limit in place throughout the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre road network.
Is there disabled parking at the venue?
Yes, please ensure you display your blue badge once on site and you will be directed to the relevant area.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, our Hall 1 entrance foyers provide wheelchair-friendly access and we have lifts at both to access the First Floor. There are disabled toilets throughout the facility.
Can I arrange delivery for my event?
Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre does not have any storage facilities for early deliveries. All deliveries must be arranged for when you are onsite to receive them. Please ensure you’re the delivery includes; Event Name, company & stand number, Hall number, c/o Farnborough International, show centre, ETPS Road, Farnborough, GU14 6FD.
Do you have a cloakroom at the venue?
Please check with your organiser to see if this service is available at your event
Do you have a cash machine on site?
No, our catering units are equipped to take card payments. If you are an exhibitor looking to make a sales transaction please liaise with your organiser to ensure you book an adequate connection, charges will apply.
Is there anywhere that can help me with photocopying or other business services?
No, however your Organiser will able to give advice on how we support this during your event.
Do you have electric car charging points on site?
No, so please come prepared in advance if you are driving an electric car.
Is there a prayer room?
Your event Organiser will be able to advise which room is being utilised as prayer room.
Do you have WiFi?
Hall 1 has free café style WiFi which is suitable for browsing the internet and checking emails. This WiFi is not suitable for exhibitors to rely on for show critical elements. Additional requirements can be discussed via your event Organiser.
Are dogs permitted onsite?
Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre welcome all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs or pets are permitted.
Do you have a smoking policy?
Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre will allocate dedicated smoking areas for your event as we operate a no smoking policy throughout the venue. E-cigarettes and vaping are included in this.
What happens if I lose an item during an event?
If you have lost or forgotten an item following your event, please contact the venue within three months of the event date, you will need to provide the following details and we will do our best to get your item back to you.
