TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Visitors should note that the company operates a no refund or exchange policy and there will be no refunds or exchanges payable on any unused/cancelled daily entrance tickets.

Our payment system uses industry standard technology to ensure your details remain private. We do not store your credit/debit card information in any format, this includes card number, expiry date or start/valid from dates, CVV2 code or the name of the card holder.
Farnborough International Ltd is registered under 1998 UK Data Protection Act. The data policy governing the use of the ticket can be viewed on-line at www.farnborough.com

CONDITIONS OF USE

The holder is authorized admission, on the express understanding that the organizers shall be under no liability whatsoever to the holder or any other person for any direct or indirect loss or damage (other than death or personal injury) sustained by the holder whilst attending the Farnborough International Airshow 2012. The pass is valid for the period shown on the ticket and is not to be resold.

THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:

Carry out security checks and searches as deemed necessary
Confiscate and dispose of the following prohibited items prior to allowing entry to the site

  • Firearms
  • Knives or other sharp implements
  • Any item defined as an offensive weapon by the prevention of Crime Act 1953
  • Flares or Fireworks

Re-schedule or cancel any part of the Exhibition in the event of bad weather or other events beyond their control, without liability to the pass holder or any other person. In the event of cancellation of the complete Exhibition, the Organiser's liability will not exceed the face value of the ticket.
Refuse entry and/ or remove persons and/ or vehicles from the Exhibition Site.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO:

  • Use radios or mobile phones in the vicinity of the aircraft
  • Smoke in the vicinity of the aircraft
  • Climb on or over any barriers
  • No birds/ animals may be brought into the Exhibition Site

Persons wishing to the leave the Exhibition Site and return on the same day must obtain a re-entry pass from the Entrance Gate before leaving the Exhibition.
