Currently, it is not possible to purchase a whole weekend ticket that will give you admittance on both Saturday and Sunday.
The idea of Enthusiasts’ Day is to offer genuine aircraft enthusiasts the opportunity to visit the show on a trade day when the show is otherwise not open to the public. Enthusiasts’ Day is Friday 23rd July 2010 and will feature an extended flying display. The Enthusiast Day package includes entry, grandstand seating, parking and a souvenir programme. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis to only those who are eligible.

No. The trade week is strictly open to trade aerospace professionals only. However, eligible aviation enthusiasts can purchase tickets for the Enthusiasts’ Day on Friday 23 July (see above).
The format of the show is the same on both days. The only difference in the flying display is that the Red Arrows open the display on Saturday 24 July and appear towards the end of the display on Sunday 25 July.
A provisional list will be available and on the website from late spring 2010.
The flying display starts at approximately 12.30hrs and runs for about 4 ½ hours.

The easiest way to travel to the show is by train. South West Trains run a service from London Waterloo to Farnborough main station. Other stations nearby are Aldershot and Northcamp. The organisers of the show run complementary buses from all of these three stations into the showground.
There is ample parking for visitors and parking is free. Some car parks are located at different ends of the aerodrome and may require a short walk to the main exhibition area. There are free shuttle buses running from car parks situated further away from the Airfield direct to the show site.
Yes. Parking is free but due to the high number of visitors it is always best to travel by train to avoid traffic congestion.

The showground is very well signposted both inside and out. A map of the showground and its facilities will be available for the show organizers’ office or certain points within the main exhibition area.

The show is mostly ground level access and any steps or first floor public areas can be accessed by a lift or stair platform lift. Other disabled facilities include:
- Disabled car park
- Disabled viewing platform
- Disabled toilets throughout the show site
- Changing facilities
- Show mobility (for the hire of wheelchairs and motorised scooters)
Whilst we do not allow animals on site, guide dogs or assistance dogs are permitted.
Airshow organizers will give one complimentary ticket to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors. To register for this offer please contact the organizers’ office on +44 (0)1252 532800 before 1600hrs on Sunday 18th July 2010. You will need to supply us with your public show ticket booking reference number and a disability registration number. We will then mail one complimentary Carer ticket to you, free of charge.

A variety of food outlets on site will cater for all tastebuds. A restaurant located in the main exhibition area offers hot and cold buffet options. In addition to this a number of coffee shops are located in the halls, outdoor food courts offering fast food, vegetarian and international cuisines.

No. Because of the noise and time of year, we also kindly request that visitors do not bring their dogs and leave them in cars parked in the car park. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
Yes. A number of changing facilities are available around the site. The location map will indicate where these areas are.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the halls or chalets or restaurants.
No, however, there is a medical centre and a shop that sells paracetamol and simple first aid items.
Medical Services throughout the site are provided by the Event Medicine Company. In event of injury or illness locate the Medical Centre or contact any of the Organisers or Security Staff who will arrange assistance.
The Airshow DVD will be available to purchase from September 2010.
Yes. Event programmes and DVD will also be available to buy online at www.farnborough.com after the event.
Any lost children would be taken to the Lost Children Facility which is co-located with the onsite medical centre. If a child is lost, then the adult should report to the medical centre, organizers office or locate any of the show organizers/police at the show. The show control office monitors the show activities via cctv. Tip: Place a name and mobile number on a piece of paper and put in your child’s pocket.
The flying display will take place if it is raining, however, the organizers retain the right to cancel any part of the flying display due to adverse weather conditions.
