The Media Centre at Farnborough International Airshow 2010 will be located in the centre of the exhibition complex in Hall 1A, the same unrivalled position for views and show ‘buzz’ it has occupied successfully for the last two airshows. Providing the hub for some 1,800 accredited media, 2010’s enhanced facilities will provide work space with complementary outgoing telephone and fax lines; interview opportunities; security controlled photographic and broadcast areas as well as access to all daily media conferences. The latest show information will be posted in the Media Centre and literature racks will also be available for rental by exhibiting companies for the duration of the show. |

The Media Centre will facilitate media accreditation and houses a large work room, lounge, viewing platform, and media conference rooms. The facility will be fully staffed and operational from Monday 11 July, one week prior to the opening of the show, through to the close on Sunday 25 July 2010. The Media Centre will be the main focal point for all media relations, ensuring the dissemination of information to international media, exhibitors and interested visitors.
All conference facilities, available for hire to exhibiting companies, will be grouped in one location central to the show’s main activity.
The Media Lounge is an exclusive bar and lounge where we offer an informal facility in which to meet, mingle or simply relax. Staff will be on hand to ensure you have all the information you require.
All Farnborough Airshow Media facilities are accessible to accredited media personnel and exhibiting company representatives, in possession of a media access pass. |
