Farnborough International Airshow 2008 will be taking place from 14 – 20 July 2008 and we are pleased to invite your media organisation to apply for media accreditation.
All members of the media, including all technical support, attending Farnborough International Airshow 2008 will need to be accredited in advance of the show.
An individual submission and photograph is required for each representative, including camera/production crew, and supporting documentation by means of proof of employment and published work is required for each submission. Please note that media accreditation will only be given to active members of the media attending the show in a news gathering capacity. Please note that media accreditation will only be given to photographers commissioned by a news gathering agency.
All advertising, marketing and sales personnel of media organisations will require exhibitor passes (where applicable) or trade tickets to access Farnborough International Airshow 2008.
To apply for media accreditation for Farnborough International Airshow 2008 you will require the following:
- Personal details including any criminal convictions
- FI2006 Media Accreditation Number (if known)
- Supporting documentation by means of up loadable or web based proof of employment for the show.
- Supporting documentation by means of uploadable or web-based proof of work published since July 2006 and, in the case of previously accredited journalists, examples of coverage from the 2006 Airshow (further details will follow)
- An active email address to activate your media pass and load an electronic photograph
Hence therefore following your initial application you will also require:
- A colour passport size photograph, if digital no larger than 5MB and no smaller than 165 pixels wide by 225 pixels high and 72dpi
